Join the waitlist from the class schedule. When a confirmed member cancels, the first person waiting is automatically confirmed. Leaving and joining again places you at the end of the current queue.
Use My account to cancel your own booking or leave your own waitlist entry.
A payment-review or attendance note does not cancel a confirmed reservation. Front-desk staff can resolve account questions with the member. A reservation stays confirmed unless the member cancels or staff arrange a change with them.
Standard class booking opens seven days before the class. Until then the Book control is unavailable.
Open My account, review your membership, then choose Cancel membership. Cancellations require 7 days' notice. Charges due during the notice period still apply. Recurring billing stops after the effective cancellation date shown on your account.
